The Cup is theirs! …and of course the two free registration spots for the
CMWC2010 in Panajachel. Thanks to everybody who helped to diminish the loss
of the TKBMA. Once more we have proven that we can be proud of our community.
Hey guys! Fixt of Fury over the weekend was a great success! Thanks to everyone who came out, and all the great photos from Kevin and Nathan. Pics from Registration and Logan Circle Checkpoint

Was an epic day for an alleycat feeling well below freezing with alternating chunks of snow and sleet falling throughout, racers left bicycle stations shop at 2204 14th Street, heading up to get their manifests at conn. ave and tilden where racer #01 Patrick was first up the hill gaining bonus points. An hour and a half till checkpoints closed, were 9 stops, a few trivia questions based on cycling films, some arts and crafts, and fast as you can “car job” double rush out to nats stadium and back, where hood ornament clocked in the fastsest time, at 23min and 01sec.
Zac Mac finished in 3rd place, Coach Mike with 2nd, and by taking a slower pace picking up ALL the possible bonus points, despite being the last person at Draft Pix bar on 18th street, Andy Zalan squeeked out a 1st place finish. They Each received free passes to the bicycle film fest later that night which was awesome and sold out all three screenings.
Thanks to our awesome sponsors, Team Kazane, Earth Wind and Rider, Outlaw Earth, Freight baggage and Timbuk2.
Stay tuned for more on FIXT OF FURY! Saturday Dec 12th, meeting at 11th and Rhode Island ave Courts, at 4pm for a cold night of fixed gear tricks and contests.
